Please contact us in the first two weeks after receiving an item if you are dissatisfied in any way.  Within the first two weeks after receiving your item, you may return the item for a full refund, including original shipping, after notifying us of your dissatisfaction, provided the item is not damaged in any way and still looks like the images on this website.  You must pay for the shipping for the return, however, with insurance.  If we don't receive it back, we cannot make any refunds.  If we determine that damage to the item has occurred while in your possession, we cannot make any refunds.  If the item is damaged during original shipping to you, please notify us immediately, so we may proceed to deal with the shipper to obtain a refund for you.  Please note that these items are fossils and may break if dropped or receive rough treatment.  Some may be delicate and handling them requires that you are gentle with them.  Be particularly careful when these are handled by children.
